What do I need to do when I leave the condo?

Before you depart, we would appreciate your help with the following:

If you used any beach towels, please wash and put away for our next guest.

I know its tempting (and a nice thought), but please don’t leave any food (or living creatures) in the condo, on the balcony, or in the refrigerator.

Place all debris, rubbish, and discards in the trash chute, located across from condo #315.

Place all soiled bath and kitchen towels and washcloths in the basket in the master bathroom.

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.

Please write comments in our guest book on the coffee table.

Turn off all lights and set thermostat to 75.

Please return keys to the lockbox.

    Checkout is 10:00am.

    Have a safe journey home!

What do I need to bring on my vacation?

I can’t tell you exactly what to bring, but I will tell you what is provided:

·        All sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, utensils and cookware are provided.

·        All toilet paper and trash bags are provided.

·        Laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher soap are also provided.

·        Small bars of hotel soap are provided, but you’ll want to bring your own shampoo and other toiletries etc

·        The kitchen is equipped with standard dishes, silverware, pots and pans and paper towels.

·        You may want to bring napkins.

·        We have our own beach towels (6) there and you are welcomed to use them, provided you wash and put them away after your use, so they are fresh for our next guest. There is a washer /dryer and laundry detergent in the condo.

·        There are a few family-oriented DVDs, videos, books and games.

·        The TV in the bedroom has the yellow, white, and red plugs in the front, so you can hookup your Game Cube for your children.

·        The condo is equipped with high speed and wireless Internet.

There is a ‘Tom Thumb’ convenience store very close that you could walk to if you forget anything.
